I love toast, The Front Door toast.

WHO LOVES TOAST? Cause I do! I love bread, all forms of bread. Bagels, baguettes, ciabatta, crumpets, focaccia, bread bread bread and bread...

WHO LOVES TOAST? Cause I do! I love bread, all forms of bread. Bagels, baguettes, ciabatta, crumpets, focaccia, bread bread bread and bread! Ok, ya this post is about bread. Ok, not really.

It's been a really quiet at the office lately, everyone was either on leave or away on a business trip somewhere. Samantha, Ophelia and I decided to go to this cafe we've been wanting to try out for quite some time now but was always too broke to go there.... HAHAHA story of our lives, sigh

We saw this place over instagram cause you know, Instagram is where I go to to find new places to eat. hehehe. It's called The Front Door! What I found most interesting was actually just the toast where you can pick different types of toppings for it. So eggcited ermagerddd!

Ok here goes. As you can see, it's a cafe for backpackers as the cafe is in Grocer's Inn somewhere near Chinatown!

That's Sam and Ophelia trying to ruin my photo.

The menu was pretty cool. They had quite a number of varieties for their toppings. At first we thought some of the combinations seemed a bit odd, like No. 1 (honey, cheddar, beef bacon and strawberry?).. BUT we were wrong, it was actually pretty gooood.

So while waiting for our orders, we took a look around the place...

Look! I even found my new love, Josh!

I really love the deco la, especially the water rack they have at every table. It looked pretty familiar, I'm guessing they got it from IKEA.. hahahah.

Cute HORR!

And finally our food came! :D BUT, before we could actually eat, THIS had to be done.........................................................

Ew I look preggers... its the shirt, I promise.

Sam, however, was too short to take a flat lay photo of the food.

She had to take off her shoes and step on the chair... HAHAHAHAH *so beh pai seh LOL

Where were we? Oh ya, here's what we ordered! :D

 Hot Mocha - RM10

Top left: Pasta Carbonara - RM 17
Bottom left: Pesto Pasta with Grilled Chicken - RM 17
Right: 5 Piece Toast - RM 25 (Combination: No. 2, 4, 6, 8 & 9)

Like I said in the beginning, I LOVE THE FRONT DOOR TOAST! The combinations were awesome! The pesto pasta was okay, but the carbonara was too creamy and thick for my liking. And this is coming from a person who can never get jelak ok?

Ah, a full tummy is a happy tummy! Here's to being a fat ass this 2015! :')

Whoever's in KL, I highly recommend you to go try this cafe out. Don't worry, this is not a sponsored post... hahaha. I just value unique cafes and really good food and I'd love to share it with you guys!

Til next time, toodles!
